Our mission is to provide excellent expertise with practical insights and personal service to help our clients and their projects succeed. From our headquarters in Waregem, we manage challenging projects both locally and internationally. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated  Project Engineer Civil Works.

🛠 Your Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer Civil Works, you are responsible for the technical calculations, follow-up, and coordination of civil engineering projects. You play a key role in the successful execution of infrastructure and construction projects. You are involved from the design phase through to completion, ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Your tasks include:

  • Performing detailed structural, geotechnical, and civil calculations for foundations, retaining walls, concrete structures, quay walls, tunnels, bridges, and other infrastructure elements
  • Using advanced engineering software such as SCIA Engineer, Plaxis 2D/3D, D-Sheet, and IDEA StatiCa to conduct in-depth technical studies
  • Conducting load analyses, stability checks, and material stress evaluations in accordance with Eurocodes and local standards
  • Preparing clear and comprehensive technical reports, calculation notes, and design documentation for both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with contractors, project managers, and site engineers to ensure the feasibility and constructability of your designs
  • Participating in site inspections to verify that execution aligns with design assumptions and calculated parameters
  • Continuously optimizing designs for cost-efficiency, structural integrity, and practical implementation on-site

🎯 Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • While not required, relevant experience in civil or structural engineering is considered a strong asset
  • Knowledge of SCIA Engineer, Plaxis 2D/3D, D-Sheet, or IDEA StatiCa is a plus
  • Strong technical skills
  • Collaborative spirit and a drive to deliver high-quality work
  • Pragmatic, practical and passionate Engineer
