Our mission is to provide excellent expertise with practical insights and personal service to help our clients and their projects succeed. From our headquarters in Waregem, we manage challenging projects both locally and internationally. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Project Manager Civil Works.
🛠 Your Responsibilities
As Project Manager at LLEC, you are the primary point of contact for our clients and the driving force behind the successful execution of their projects. You translate client needs into clear technical goals, coordinate the engineering team, and ensure that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
Key tasks:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients throughout all project phases
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through clear communication and proactive follow-up
- Coordinate and lead a team of engineers and technical experts working on your projects
- Monitor project progress, quality, planning, and budget
- Ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders stay aligned
- Think along with the client to develop creative, practical, and sustainable solutions
- Prepare and manage project documentation and reporting
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and clients
🎯 Your Profile
- Master’s degree in (Civil) Engineering
- While not required, relevant experience in civil or structural engineering is considered a strong asset
- Strong managing, organisational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative spirit and a drive to deliver high-quality work
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding creative solutions
- Pragmatic, practical and passionate Engineer
